• We prepare all the necessary documentation for a company to be listed on a stock exchange in strict compliance with the Rules of listing.
• Together with the issuer we prepare the Investment Memorandum.
• We prepare the valuation of shares of the issuer including the necessary explanations and calculations.
• We take care of the information disclosure and verification procedures and requirements for listing a company in the Innovation and Investment Market of the Moscow Stock Exchange.
