One of the founders of the Russian stock market, co-founder and member of the Boards of Directors of the RTS Stock Exchange, National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR), Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD) and Depository Clearing Corporation (DCC). Served as president of DCC, managing director of Troyka Dialog, advisor to the president of RTS. A graduate of Moscow State University (MGU), PhD in economics (MGU), MBA (Brandeis University), certificate of Advanced Management Program (Harvard University).
