HSE University professor criticizes government for lack of efforts in preserving Russian business
National Research University – Higher School of Economics professor Evgeny Kogan voiced his support for Russian entrepreneurs. Russian business has turned into a roulette where everyone can lose.
In his statement for Regnum, Kogan commented on the risk of closing down and bankruptcy for 10 percent of all Russian businesses. He noted the ongoing discussions concerning the latest draft of the bankruptcy process reform. According to Kogan, Russian authorities care more about making the companies liquidation easier than saving the businesses.
